An Interview with Music Artist Milad JT

Music is a universal language. Yet not often are audiences exposed to music that can cater to global audiences. When artists can create fan bases in various places in the world, one knows that he or she has the potential to become an international hit. There are 7.8 billion people in the world, and it might come as a surprise, but none of them have lived a life without failures. Whether it’s failing an exam at school, scoring low in PE, being rejected by the first love, being rejected by a college, not getting the dream job, or failing to drive a luxurious car, failure comes in all shapes and sizes. Every time a person falls after a failure, a new lesson is learned, which contributes to one’s growth and makes a person a stronger version of themselves.

The only difference between a successful person and an individual with unaccomplished life goals is that of the mindset. A person who wants to succeed in life has to approach the challenges in difficulties with a mindset of a winner, where giving up is not the way out. It is important to remember that, no matter what life throws in the way, giving will never help.

Many musicians are contented by creating music itself. But there are a few personalities who go beyond music. Milad JT alias Seyed Milad Torabi has brought music and business together and has broadened his opportunities by being a musician cum entrepreneur. A native of Rafsanjan, Iran, the young man has built strong connections in the business world. In his initial days, Milad was a guitar player who had a dream of traveling the world playing music.

When he skilled himself for techno, he started producing electronic music and took the masses by storm. He rose to fame in 2012 by producing tracks for the renowned singers of Iran. As he started earning recognition, the musician produced tracks under his own name.

We got a chance to ask a few questions to Milad JT. He shared very fascinating answers.

Hi Milad, how are you? Nice meeting you.

Milad: Hey nice to meet you too, thanks I am great surviving COVID-19

How old are you and where are you from?

Milad: I am 29 and from Tehran, Iran.

When did you start entering the music industry and also become an investor?

Milad: Well I started back in 2012 by arranging music for some artists then start to release my own tracks in 2019 also have been investing in different music events and festivals from 2016 around the world especially in Istanbul and Dubai and host some events in Los Angeles.

How did you become an artist?

Milad: I have so many well-known friends like MohammadRezaGozar who is one of my best friends and a great actor and music artist who guides me on a throw and by attending so many festivals around the world I found my passion in this criteria.

Who are your favourite DJ and Music artist?

Milad: DJSolomun and DJPeggyGou are my favourite Music DJ also I think Drake is a great music artist.

What is your dream?

Milad: Well I wouldn’t call it a dream but I like to host a big music festival in Los Angeles after hopefully when this COVID-19 situation finishes.

Which artist have you worked with?

Milad: Well I have played in the different festivals with different DJs, but one of my best work was done with Masoud Roohnikan on one of my new unreleased techno tracks.

What do you have to say to your fans?

Milad: I would like to thank them for supporting me and be on my side, I am so glad to have them and my friends by my side.
