How did you start ROI Studio?

As a sales professional, I always struggled with hitting sales goals because there weren’t enough meetings booked each month. We learned to build a scalable outbound solution after trying partners, cold calling, and lead generation ads failed. Based on our successes with SaaS and agency campaigns with our system, we decided to go all-in with the solution and built ROI Studio for other SaaS companies, which has been a success in the end.

Since we launched ROI Studio, we’ve worked with a variety of cool SaaS companies and delivered amazing results. As the SaaS market is booming, we’re also currently building a bigger team to support all the projects we’re getting.

Any tips you learned along your journey that you’d like to share?

  1. Most of the time, if you’re not reaching your sales target monthly, it’s due to a lack of outreach volume. To do quality outreach while keeping a high volume, your outreach system needs to be scalable to large volumes and properly systematized.
  2. A/B test different angles and value propositions before doing a huge volume of outreach. There might be angles that work 3X better than the ones you’re currently using. You might be missing out on a lot of revenue or potential if you approach a lot of companies with an old angle.
  3. A business’s heart lies in its sales. If you invest in your sales process, a lot of your business problems will be solved.
  4. Your top closers’ calendars can be filled with predictable meetings when you have a system that works. This allows you to eliminate underperforming cold callers, BDRs, ad funnels, etc. As a result, you’ll make more money and save more money.
  5. Have a really well-defined ICP. If your ideal customer profile is specific and your sales guys knows it, it’s way easier to do high-quality prospecting and manage/spend your time properly.
