Christian Axios is a 21-year-old entrepreneur who built a 7-figure solar company in under 12 months. That’s pretty impressive, especially barley being 21! Growing up on the East Coast outside of Boston he learned early on the importance of hard work. Christian ended up dropping out of college only 3 semesters from graduating with a B.S in Marine Engineering to pursue his passion for the renewable energy industry in Northern California. He was able to double his monthly income within 30 days from moving and then took it to over 5 times that each month later that year.

As Christian entered 2018 both him and his business partner Emmanuel began building and running a sales team. Now they help Millennials Develop Purpose, Vision, and Direction by Creating a 6-Figure Income Selling Solar at HiGrade Energy. In a couple of years HiGrade Energy will be the number one Solar Company providing renewable energy in multiple forms to homes throughout California.

My dream is to also provide opportunities to those looking for mentorship and guidance in the solar industry to learn more about how they too can be changing the world for the better while also making a great income for themselves. So what’s the difference between Christians success and people who are looking to get to where he’s at? He says it’s having the right mindset and developing purpose, vision and direction.

What inspired you to delve into the solar industry?

I wanted to make an impact on the planet in an ethical way that would also have long term growth being a part of it. I realized Solar is on the up rise and it’s the best contribution every homeowner can make for a better future of the planet.

How do you help millennials create a six-figure income on the solar business?

From the second that a new consultant gets the job to work at HiGrade they are provided with a training system that will give them information on the industry and what to expect before making the move out to San Francisco California. Once they come out I work with them individually to make their first sales and understand the business of helping homeowners and giving value on a large scale.

How do you differentiate yourself from others in your field?

 Others in my field do it for the money. I do this to play a large role in providing value and the right information and platform to millennials who are looking to create a better future not only for themselves but also for the planet.

How do you personally define success?

 Success is the progress you take when you have set out on a goal, and the persistence to see it through to the end and never give up no matter what. To never throw in the towel.

Who are your biggest influences and people you admire and why?

I admire Grant Cardone and Albert Preciado because they have shown me what it means to push your limits and truly do whatever it takes to not only make your dreams a reality but also for the purpose of taking care of your family and creating generational wealth and legacy.

Why is developing the right mindset so important to you?

 This is important because it is the number one thing holding most people back. Once you can conquer your mind you can get more done in shorter spans of time. You can persist despite failure. And most importantly you can endure when things get rough. Because it will get rough before it gets better. That’s a fact because each person has their own mountain to climb and I believe in that wholeheartedly. There are no shortcuts to success.
