Founders Hassan Hamid and Michael Dallas Petersen met through a Facebook Group. Even when they haven’t met in person yet, the connection was just undeniable. After an hour, they got on a call that lasted for three hours. They clicked, and then they partnered up immediately because they both have ideas which they know that could disrupt that industry.
Hassan and Michael were a “match made in heaven.” Hassan always thinks outside of the box and constantly questions how they could be ahead of others. Michael, on the other hand, is the tech guy and would find a way to implement and make Hassan’s ideas work through automation and integrations.
They both share the same values and attributes their character being persistent. They also believe that there is no perfect idea, but an idea can be efficient and perfect along the way.
One day, Hassan thought of an idea that could change both of their lives. Hassan came up with a genius idea of reinventing the way the dental marketing industry works. They call it the Implant Patient Machine. So instead of just generating leads for their clients, they were able to generate the lead and call customers by themselves by having an in-house call centre to book the lead in the client’s calendar. They also take care of follow-ups so it would be easy for the clients.
This idea has since come a long way. They have grown their team to the extent where they had to hire someone new every week just to accommodate the clients. Today, Hassan and Michael are continuously bringing the best results for their clients and plans to expand this service to every single dental clinic in the United States and the United Kingdom.
They recently partnered up with a new company, Dentulu. This would help them to deliver even more results to their clients using teledentistry. What this company allows us to do is provide clients and patients with the chance to be able to interact and have a virtual consultation. That way, it makes the process much more convenient for the patient. Patients no longer have to go through the hassle of travelling and leaving their homes for a consultation that doesn’t last even a minute.
On the other hand, it would help their dental clients to qualify patients and see if they can help them or not within the next 24 hours. If the patient and client connect, the patient is more likely to show up for their actual consultation to do the X-Ray and exams for the dental implant treatment, thereby, increasing show-up rates.
Dental clinics are extremely busy because they are focused on helping a lot of people. So adding more tasks like calling, emailing and texting the leads to book them in for an appointment is just an inconvenience.
But with Implant Patient Machine, dental clinics don’t have to worry about a thing. All they would need to do is deliver the procedure and ensure they provide the best experience for the patient.
