One of the members of his team is Chan Gannaway. He has been in the fitness industry for 23 years. Working not only as a coach but also as a curriculum and program developer. Now, he is one of the best Curriculum Builders and lead Workout Designers for GRIT BXNG.

Unlike the usual fitness approaches, GRIT Boxing is the first and only fitness studio in NYC that has a full bar. And, what they’re doing is disrupting the entire fitness experience. Besides being the current Master and Founding Trainer at GRIT Boxing, he is also a trainer at the Performix House NYC and Team EXOS in Google. He has previously worked in various top fitness studios such as Rumble, Barry’s Bootcamp and Equinox. 

Anthony is also a former professional soccer player who transitioned into the fitness industry in the year 2015.  Today, he has over ten years of boxing and training experience, as well as various additional certifications inside the fitness industry. 

Moreover, Anthony is this year’s Juice Generation athlete. 

For anyone who wants to realize their full potential, Anthony is looking forward to helping everyone reach that every single day. Currently, his clients range from businessmen and women to theatre professionals. Many of his clients are now on Broadway, television, and in feature films. Anthony has joined forces with top theatre programs throughout the country (including Carnegie Mellon, CCM, and NYU), providing fitness training for students in preparation for upcoming productions and even for Senior Showcase.

Anthony is an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer with a background in fat loss, body weight, strength, circuit, VIPR, TRX, and Sports -Specific Training. Anthony has certifications in Pre and Post -Natal Training, Schwinn Cycle Certification, VIPR, Total Bodyweight, and FMS.​
