Anthony Crouchelli

If you’re in New York and is looking for a personal trainer to guide you through your fitness journey, then Anthony Crouchelli is seriously someone you need to turn to to get you started.

There’s a specific routine in starting a fitness program: you warm-up, you train, commit to it, then go home. This routine is how it is usually. But being the Master Trainer at GRIT Boxing, Anthony has made a name for himself in redesigning the method which he calls, Sweat and Connect. He provides his client boxing moves that are difficult to execute, yet it what makes his strategy unique and high-class. His team adopted a brand new concept that had never been done and presented it in an exciting way.

One of the members of his team is Chan Gannaway. He has been in the fitness industry for 23 years. Working not only as a coach but also as a curriculum and program developer. Now, he is one of the best Curriculum Builders and lead Workout Designers for GRIT BXNG.

Unlike the usual fitness approaches, GRIT Boxing is the first and only fitness studio in NYC that has a full bar. And, what they’re doing is disrupting the entire fitness experience. Once you finish the program for the day, they allow their clients post-class to interact with others and build friendships through fitness; thus, sweat and then, connect.

This approach is what sets Anthony apart from the rest.

His unique approach by allowing people to redefine their physical strength and at the same time, develop their mental strength is different from the usual experience of those who are in the wellness industry.

So, if there’s one thing to remember about Anthony Crouchelli, it is that aside from providing you with a professional and over the top fitness experience. He allows you not just to be physically fit but also helps you to unwind and destress through reaching out and connecting with other people.

It sets the standard of how your fitness journey and experience should be. Besides physical strength, mental strength is also critical.

His clients love him for his genuine connection with others inside and outside the classroom daily. He speaks with them and interacts with them. He makes sure that anyone feels seen and heard during group fitness settings. No one should be left behind, and clients need to be able to feel that confidence within themselves.

People line up for that one of a kind experience. Anthony currently has a 98% waitlist as well as hit up to 41 people on a waitlist and over 30 waitlists regularly.

Besides being the current Master and Founding Trainer at GRIT Boxing, he is also a trainer at the Performix House NYC and Team EXOS in Google. He has previously worked in various top fitness studios such as Rumble, Barry’s Bootcamp and Equinox.

Anthony is also a former professional soccer player who transitioned into the fitness industry in the year 2015.  Today, he has over ten years of boxing and training experience, as well as various additional certifications inside the fitness industry.

Moreover, Anthony is this year’s Juice Generation athlete.

For anyone who wants to realize their full potential, Anthony is looking forward to helping everyone reach that every single day. Currently, his clients range from businessmen and women to theatre professionals. Many of his clients are now on Broadway, television, and in feature films. Anthony has joined forces with top theatre programs throughout the country (including Carnegie Mellon, CCM, and NYU), providing fitness training for students in preparation for upcoming productions and even for Senior Showcase.
