What exactly does your company do?

We help entrepreneurs, startups and small to mid-cap businesses find prospects online and convert them into paying customers

What were the biggest challenges you have faced and how did you overcome them?

The biggest challenge I faced, in retrospect, is that I had no idea how to be an entrepreneur, how to run a business and be a leader and manager. I have read dozens of books, listened to hundreds of podcast episodes and reviewed numerous digital e-trainings to become a much more effective entrepreneur. I still think I just scratched the surface. There is so much more to learn.

What piece of advice do you wish someone had given you at the start of your career?

You will fail at your first couple of businesses. In retrospect, this makes sense because every entrepreneur most likely had a failed business, but when it was happening, it was stressful and made me think about quitting and being a 9-5er.

Who are your biggest influences and people you admire and why?

Gary Vaynerchuk. I wouldn’t be the entrepreneur that I am without his content. It’s a good combination of inspiration and motivation and “kick in your pants/get off your butt” message. Sometimes we need both.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are?

Besides Gary Vaynerchuk from a “mentoring” perspective, my life partner has been very supportive of my entrepreneurial journey. I am very grateful for that.

What do you see as your greatest success in life?

For me it’s been writing a best-selling book. I was a project I wanted to pursue for about a year before I started writing the book. Being a digital marketing expert and having worked with hundreds of startups and businesses, I wanted to share my knowledge of how to use digital marketing to grow a business.
