Syed Shayan Mehdi
What exactly does your company do?
My company Soul Mentor helps people find a new meaning in life. It helps people overcome their challenges and cultivate a deeper level of appreciation and gratitude.
What were the biggest challenges you have faced and how did you overcome them?
My biggest challenges that I have faced have been overcoming social anxiety. Growing up as a kid I was very shy and anxious. But through reading books on Psychology and self-development, I became more confident and was able to overcome
it.
What piece of advice do you wish someone had given you at the start of your career?
Take advice from successful people and surround yourself more around people
are curious, genuine and also successful.
Who are your biggest influences and people you admire and why?
My family and friends have been so instrumental in my growth. I admire my
dad’s grit and my mom’s insight.
None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are?
Definitely, my parents who always supported my dreams throughout my journey, also my friends who believed in me
What do you see as your greatest success in life?
