The Success Anatomy: Interview With Entrepreneur Randle Dugan

Recently, I got a chance to interview Randle Dugan 111, a realtor in Dallas Tx.
In this interview, Randle shares a lot of insightful knowledge and talks about the challenges he faced.
Here’s our conversation:
1. Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
My name is Randle Dugan 111, I was born in Dallas Tx and raised in east Texas.
Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always wanted to make it big. I wanted to travel around the world and drive the fanciest cars.
While I was in high school, I had terrible grades and cheated on all my tests.
Shortly after graduating from high school, I decided to take my next big step, which was to become a Realtor. I bought a course to become a Realtor and I had 6 months to get it done.
But during those 6 months, I wasn’t taking anything seriously and I just kept hanging with friends at night.
Within a blink of an eye, the deadline was around the corner and I ended up having to buy another course that kicked me into gear.
I finished up the course and got my Real Estate license, even though it was on my second try.
I spent the next couple of months after that developing myself further. I watched YouTube videos, read books, and researched like crazy.
I knew I wanted to live in a big city with an apartment that had a city view, so when my parents told me I needed to move out, I drove to Dallas with my girlfriend Claudia and toured some apartments and winded up deciding on one.
All we had was about $3k, but it felt so surreal that we were living in Dallas at 19.
I knew it was going to be a challenge starting over in a city where I didn’t know anyone, but I did it regardless.
As to what I’m currently up to, I like to keep things quiet and keep people wondering.
“Don’t tell anyone your next move.”
2. What has been your greatest source of inspiration?
Nothing inspires me like family, happiness, big-time role models, and financial abundance.
These things allow me to keep pushing myself farther than I would have ever imagined.
3. What words of advice would you like to share with anyone out there who is aiming to succeed?
Tough times will come, dark times, and depression. I’ve been through them personally and before you try to focus on anything else you need to make yourself a priority. Because, if you’re not right mentally or have a conscious mindset you won’t succeed in anything.
You are your thoughts, always do your best to live in a state of gratitude & belief
4. What are your hobbies
I love to read, workout, be out in nature, and help those in need.
5. What is your favorite quote in the world and why?
“What’s meant for you will happen for you in a way which you could never expect or explain. Nothing can get in the way of it and how it will enter your life. Just be in a constant state of gratitude and focus your mindset on your vision. Believe in it. It’s all happening for you.”
