By creating clear boundaries between work and private life, you’ll minimise the pressure and stress. 

4. Take time to recharge

Many people find it helpful to rest and sleep after hours of overworking and stress. Sleep is the best way to let your body recover from sleepless nights and stressful days. However, you need to get high-quality rest to be able to function properly. To get outstanding sleep quality, you should use excellent covers and pillows. 5. Find support

People are social beings that require social and emotional support when they are going through stressful periods. Your family, friends or significant other can be the main source of support. However, while you’re at work, making private phone calls or texting may be considered inappropriate.  

That’s why you should develop positive relationships with your colleagues. Colleagues can provide great support considering that you’re spending time in the same environment. If they’ve been in similar situations, they surely know how to manage stress at work. You can support each other through tough times, and who knows, maybe become friends outside of work.
