Meet the Man Combining Mind, Body, and Spirit for Organizations

Ken Christian Smith does not believe humans have many limitations. He lives this himself as the founder of several different companies, juggling the stress of employees, high-end clients, and tight deadlines.

While owning multiple companies that advise billionaires, best-selling authors, and Olympic athletes on human optimization qualifies one for the label of “entrepreneur,” Smith prefers to be called a “consciouspreneur,” because his work makes a direct impact on people’s quality of life.

Smith, who is based in Los Angeles, does not fit the mold of what many think when they hear about improving human and corporate thriving. He is in his early thirties, clean-cut, sharply dressed, and has a ten-year background managing an angel investment fund through One Source Consulting.

“I began to realize how important it was to take care of your mind, body, and spirit when I was starting my companies,” Smith said. “I felt the same stress and burnout that so many young business owners face when they are working day and night to succeed.”

Smith told me that he realized it is a bit odd that most schools go from Science to Math to History but somehow miss the class on how to live.

“I had a mental breakthrough and realized that the health of my organizations was directly related to my own health,” Smith continued. “I knew that I had to get my health and well-being up to par with my practical business-sense, or I wouldn’t be able to sustain it for much longer.”

Smith studied nutrition, exercise, yoga, chi gong, tai chi, sexual transmutation, and human optimization to find a solution to his own burnout.

“The old way of profit over people is giving way to a holistic approach of team integration, alternative health and wellness practices, and team building exercises, and individual wellness practice that enhances and organizations functions and productivity,” Smith said. “Mind, body, and spirit meet practical business sense. People first results in more profit because the health of an organization depends on its people and its processes.”

A few years later, Smith founded Elite Health Wellness Nutrition Center to provide his consulting clients with high quality, tailored nutritional and wellness programs for high-end clients across the world.

“Forget audits to cut cost and outsource, we look at increasing production and morale through a positive-centric philosophy,” Smith continued. “We focus on the employees and management team so they can make an impact on well-being, which translates into more productivity, less sick days, happier customers, and more satisfied employees that actually enjoy spending their day with you.”

Through One Source Consulting, Smith advises and helps fund “consciouspreneurs” whose products and services affect the quality of life for people around the world.

“The future of business will require morals over profit,” Smith concluded. “Business not in alignment with this will be pushed aside. Mark my words, be the change you wish to see in this world.”
