If there’s anyone that knows about going through hardship and growth, it’s Zan Shaikh. He is a successful entrepreneur, and he has fought hardship and stress on the way to building a massively successful career. i interview him about his best lessons, and his life.
- Hey Zan, who are you and what do you do?
Hey man, I’m an entrepreneur & I’m really just trying to add value and serve the human race by creating innovative projects & build the future with cool, creative and imaginative ways to benefit humanity.
- How did you get started on this journey?
I got started off when I was 12 – I was always seeing opportunity – growing up I had a few friends who were great at skateboarding… I was not, haha, but I would shop on eBay and I saw some blank boards.
I bought the blank boards, got them painted by someone at the skatepark – named the brand “Inferno Skateboards” & started selling!
Now it’s all come full-circle.
- What have been your 3 biggest challenges thus far?
Honestly my greatest challenge has simply been myself and making sure I get better and better everyday
- What have been your 3 biggest successes thus far?
I guess monetarily building a 7-figure business in 6 months from scratch was pretty cool. More importantly though it has been becoming more aware and educated so that I can help people at a far greater scale and impact.
- What key advice would you give a young entrepreneur looking to follow in your footsteps?
Be curious. Your imagination is true power – look at the world, see what could be better or be improved, see why things are the way they are, and ask how they could become better – then go and make the change you wanna see in the world!
- What are your plans for the future both personally and professionally?
Right now, it’s to help usher in the Digital Revolution and help every individual on earth conduct and interact in business via the digital economy!
