Dan gives his followers a look into his well-accomplished, and high-profile lifestyle on his Instagram account @danperignonn. Behind the images and eyebrow-raising captions is a man who earned the right to live exactly how he wants. “I’ve visualized this life for twenty-nine years,” explains Daniel. “I know what I want, and I am not afraid to go for it.”
Back in 2018, Daniel shifted his focus to mortgage leads and created Mortgage Watch. With a stronghold on the mortgage markets and trends, he singlehandedly generated more mortgage leads than mortgage companies. He also outperformed banks by reaching out to people in need for mortgages. To date, Daniel has worked with over two hundred fifty websites and continues to be a mortgage lead generation factory.
Besides mortgages, Daniel and his team of lead generation specialists are masters of various other segments of the industry. His lead solutions database boasts of buyer and seller agent leads, homeowner advantage leads, besides his forte – refinance and purchase mortgage leads.
For the lead generation success that he has accomplished, Daniel earnestly gives credit to his digital marketing skills. He shares that the majority of homebuyers today start the research phase of homebuying online. It is whether by visiting a website or social media platforms like Instagram or Facebook, the internet has become the starting point of the buyer journey. Smartphones have become the source of super knowledge, and comparing mortgage plans takes less than five minutes. This is the space that he believes lead generation companies need to tap.
It takes market research and brand building to accomplish a reputation that Daniel has earned for himself. Besides his digital prowess, Dan advocates peer-to-peer networking and nurturing business relationships. He shares how he got his start in marketing by organizing club promotions in college as a way to make extra money.
By connecting people with the clubs and nightlife activities they enjoyed, he created a platform that automated and expanded the reach of club promotion. “We were ahead of our time. No one had ever done that before,” explains Daniel.
Moving forward from club promotion, Daniel saw the potential for lead generation and affiliate marketing. “Through some great connections with people who recognized my talent for technology-driven marketing, I was able to quickly expand my business,” says Daniel. His talents were immediately sought out by social security, insurance, and mortgage professionals. When he shifted his entire business online to mortgages, two years back, he produced more leads than anyone in the industry had ever generated.
Daniel continually received employment offers from leading banks; however, he declined those opportunities and directed all his efforts towards amplifying Mortage Watch. “My desire back then, and as it is now, was to reach out to as many people as possible and to work in-house meant limiting my capacities,” he shares.
When he is not working, Dan takes that “work hard, play hard” ethos to heart. A vibrant personality, with an exciting life to match, Dan is all about traveling and experiencing the world with his tight-knit crew. From Vegas to Park City, Dan is out there living the life he earned, and he is not about to waste a second of his precious time. “People aren’t living the lives they want because they are too afraid to take risks,” says Daniel. “Just do it. Life is meant to be lived on your terms. No one else.”
Hailing from California, it’s clear Daniel works hard and plays hard. He says he is pushed by a passion for life and is a “go big or go home” type of person. With an attitude like that and a work ethic to match, there is no doubt that Daniel Goldsmith is just getting started.
