What is Baklava made of?

Baklava is a sweet pastry made of layers of phyllo dough (also spelled filo or fillo), filled with chopped nuts such as walnuts or pistachios, and sweetened with syrup or honey. The dough is made from flour, water, and sometimes a small amount of yeast or vinegar.
